Year 4 Blog

Welcome to our class blog......

10th October 2014

We have had an extremely busy week this week!Last Friday in our assembly we talked about St. Francis of Assisi. St. Francis was an Italian who grew up about 700 years ago, he showed us how to look after all of God's creations.

On Tuesday we went  to the most amazing cave ever. We visited  White Scar Caves in Ingleton. Please watch our video blog for more details.

We had a class Mass on Wednesday, everyone in year 4, including Father Chris enjoyed it. At the start of the mass we sang 'Come and join the circle'. Every person in the class had something to do in the mass. The mass was about Saint Francis of Assisi and Pope Francis.

We also have been raising money for Cafod, which is our chosen charity. Watch this space for an update on our fundraising.

On Thursday we made Christmas cards. Our favourite part was making Christmas cards because it brought back happy memories from the Christmases before.
